GIFTS.

Should your order be a gift for someone special please let us know in the comments section of the Shopping Cart at the end of your order.We will gift wrap your order free of charge and send it directly to your recipient. You can include a personal message if you wish to go on our homewaresonline.com.au gift card also included free of charge.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

We have tried our hardest to bring you our beautiful product in the most economic way.

Your homewaresonline  purchase will be delivered to you either by Fastway Couriers where possible or Australia Post.

All Delivery Australia Wide is currently FREE!!  Yes that’s right FREE!!!!  Our gift to you for visiting our online store!

For Overseas destinations please contact us via email or telephone to arrange details.

A signature is required at the time of delivery by the courier. Please nominate a delivery address where you are likely to be available to sign for your parcel. Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8.00am – 5.00pm so if you work away from your home, it may be best to have your parcel delivered to your work address, or neighbor. Delivery Australia wide is generally 2-28 business days. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-7 days. If delivery is to be delayed for any reason beyond this time frame you will be notified immediately.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are not made on weekends or Public Holidays.

If an order is placed on the weekend, this will be processed as soon as possible the following business day.

In the event you are not home to accept your order, a delivery card will be left with contact details to organize re-delivery with the Courier Company or Australia Post.

PAYMENT OPTIONS.

We accept Credit Card via Eway, Pay Pal, Bank Deposit, Cheques or Money Orders. The easiest way to pay is Credit Card or Pay Pal as this method is instant and your order can be shipped straight away.

If paying by Bank Deposit, Cheque or Money Order, we will wait for the funds to clear before we ship your order.

Direct Deposit to our NAB account is easy but please include your name or invoice number in the details section.

DISPLAY OF PRODUCTS.

All products listed on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

We display the color of each item as accurately as possible however a slight variation may occur due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. All homewaresonline cushions arrive to you filled ready to display.

If you find the color to be unsatisfactory we will happily refund you completely upon return of the product in original condition. See below for “Return information”.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the email address or numbers provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

homewaresonline personally packs every order to absolutely ensure all items are in perfect condition before being sent via courier or post.  If you find any item is faulty please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and return the faulty item to us for a refund or a replacement of the product.

If returning, merchandise must be received by us within 14 days from initial order. Please return the product through Australia Post to

All return costs will be covered by the customer and a full refund will be provided upon the return of  goods. Product MUST be received in original condition and in original packaging.
